In Colorado, water and beer go hand in hand. Even our Governor used to be a brewer. But, without our Rocky Mountain water, there would be no Colorado craft beer industry. So we’re talking about both on December 10th — the day the draft Colorado Water Plan is released and making news.
With droughts, climate change, and growing cities, there are a lot of demands on this very limited resource. When a resource as precious as water is on the line, it makes sense to have a plan that maps out how we manage our water.
